The Staff Immersion Programme is a professional development initiative that gives national staff the opportunity to take on a temporary one month assignment in a different IOM duty station, regional office, or headquarters department. The aim is to promote hands-on learning, cross-office exposure, and career growth within the organization.
Note: This is not a reciprocal exchange between two staff or missions. It is a one-way, time-limited placement where the selected staff member joins a host office temporarily while remaining assigned to their original duty station.
