To resolve the issue that you’re encountering with the extraction of reports from Wave, please try the basic troubleshooting steps below: 

  • Perform a hard refresh by clearing cache and cookies.
  • Use different browsers—Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome (including incognito mode in both).
  • Ensure no other tabs are open while the Wave Report is loading.


Note that 10 minutes of inactivity will cause the page to time-out. Please click on any parts of the page from time to time.
