Please note that Speexx licenses are non-transferable. Once a license is assigned to you, it cannot be reassigned. Given the investment being made by IOM, your full participation and completion of the training are expected. The cost of each license is USD 20, and failure to complete the average required learning time of at least 1hr a week may result in a request for reimbursement of the sponsored amount.
