After submitting your application form, you can access more information about mentoring on the Together platform, the virtual platform used for the IOM Mentoring Programme. In the Resources section, you will find helpful materials, including the Mentor Handbook, which we encourage you to review in advance.

Additionally, through IOM’s subscription to LinkedIn Learning (accessible with your IOM credentials), selected mentees can explore a variety of self-paced online courses on mentoring-related topics. Participants in the 2025 cohort will also have the opportunity to join live virtual soft-skills sessions,  facilitated by the Career Development and Transition team throughout the accelerated three-month programme.
